I'm a City of NY Employee and I don't know my Employee Reference Number (ERN)

If you do not know your Employee Reference Number (ERN), below are some suggestions to help you find this number.  WageWorks Customer Service cannot provide this number to you. 

• Your ERN is the same number that is used to access Employee Self Service and CityTime.
• You will be able to locate the ERN on your pay statement.  The paper pay statement references your REFERENCE#.  On your electronic pay statement, this number will be listed under EMPLOYEE NUM.
• You can also contact your Agency's Transit Benefit Coordinator or their Human Resources/Payroll Department to find your ERN.    A list of Benefit Coordinators is available on the OPA Website - click this link to get the list:  Transit Benefit Coordinator List
